Solid Support – Kind, Professional, User-Friendly

UPDATING 11/8/2025 – This plugin continues to be incredibly reliable and useful for maintaining multiple sites. I continue to be impressed by their staff, updates, and stability. They are not full of bloat and they have every essential that is so important in easy to navigate toolbars. If you haven’t tried this plugin, and have multiple (or just one!) sites, you are missing out!

PREVIOUS RATING – I have used this plugin for several years now. As the New Year begins, I just want to especially express how grateful I have been to this group of solid professionals for a site that makes life so much easier for those of us managing multiple sites. I work with several non-profits and artist sites (which have been non-profits this year). The plugin helps me not only quickly get in and manage content, but it also provides me with very helpful resources to be sure that my sites are secure, working as needed, and have a minimum of buggy behavior. The tool typically works without any need to contact support. But on the rare times I have needed help, not only are the responses quick and thorough, they are friendly and professional. In 2020 that was even more important than past years as there was so much angst over keeping websites functioning well since in person was limited. I highly recommend this plugin to anyone – but especially to those with more than one site.
