Solid Mail configuration

I have spent 2 weeks working with my hosting company trying to get SMTP mail to work on one of my Websites. Solid mail works great on all my other sites, but this one will not work. The Website is also NOT sending purchases through. The Hosting company is saying it is because the emails are set up as outlook emails and the emails are not showing in my CPanel backend. They are telling me to create an email and set it up in outlook, which I have no idea how to do. I am at a loss. All my plugins are upto date and I think this happened with the last WordPress update. The hosting company had me put this in the SMTP Host area: smtp-mail.outlook.com When I do that it just rolls and rolls. when I put mail.2sticky.com the error is fails to authenticate. Any help that anyone can provide would be so much appreciated.
