Please can you let me know the messaging gateway used to send the order notifications, is it an SMS or WhatsApp gateway ?
Can you also provide your WooCommerce Status Log with the name ultimate-sms-notifications in it, you can find it under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

By reading the log, it’s saying the default message associated with the notifications type is empty, can you confirm it’s well-defined ?
