Smartline Lite theme – how to edit header

I recently took over managing this site and I am not familiar with the Smartline Lite theme being used. I need to edit the text in the header that reads “Division of Policing”. The “g” appears to be cut off at the bottom. I’ve exhausted my knowledge and patience trying to figure out how to fix the issue. Solid advice would be welcome. Thank you!
