So this could also be the reason why my admin became very slow yesterday? I do not get an error message, but it takes a long time to load. Also noticed that the app on my phone takes longer to load the stats. Or are these two issues because of something else, and I need to look elsewhere on the forum? Many thanks in advance.
@beatravelling If you’re experiencing the slowness issue on your WordPress dashboard, this is probably due to the bugs that we are currently working on. Therefore, we recommend you to update your Yoast plugins to the latest version once the next version is released to check whether the issue persists.
Super! Fingers crossed that’s what’s the problem, because I’ve been uninstalling things and can’t figure out what is slowing it down.
@beatravelling please update to the latest versions of Yoast SEO, 7.1. The latest update addressed some performance issues. Does the issue persist?
For some reason the problems solved themselves around 1 am yesterday, but I did update yesterday evening as well.
