Thanks for reporting the issue. Autoplay works fine on my test sites with the latest version of Nimble Builder + latest WP 5.5.3
Note that autoplay is disabled while customizing in order to facilitate customization. ( there is a note indicating this point below the “Autoplay” setting ).
If autoplay is broken on front, it may be due to something breaking javascript. I recommend following the troubleshooting steps listed here in this case : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/%e2%9a%a0%ef%b8%8f%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8ftroubleshooting-steps-for-nimble-builder/

Hi Nicolas, I have done troubleshooting, but this not resolved the problem. I’m using free Cloudflare solution for this website, is this what causes the problem? Than you!
Hi @wiki2018, yes it could be. The only way to be sure would be to test with and without Cloudfare
