Skrill withdrawal

Hello,

I have e few questions regarding Skrill payment option for withdrawal:

– Does it support escrow, ie. admin makes payment to vendor after delivery?

– Does it support split payment for vendor commission and admin fee? Admin pays
commission to vendor and leaves admin’s fee.

– Is it all stated on vendors bank statement? I mean that it is stated both payment
from customer and marketplace admin fee.

– Should the vendor have open account on Scrill?

I have to mention that it is not important if admin have to allow this payment manually.
So this process does not have to be automatic.
