skin customization does not work

unlike many plugins FV Player does not insert a ton of CSS into your HTML head tag. So the skin settings are saved into a https://your-site.com/wp-content/fv-flowplayer-custom/style-1.css file.

If you do not see your changes in front-end, then I would guess you are using something to optimize the CSS (combining multiple files into one, adding compression or even checking which CSS rules are needed). Litespeed does have these functions, so please check there and see where that cache is purged: https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2018/06/20/critical-css-and-litespeed-cache/
