Do you have any limits for the format and size of the CSV files ? i have lists of the values with 40 columns and thousands of the lines. Please advice.

There’s really no limit, it’s mostly up to what your server can handle and how forgiving the timeout/memory settings are. Feel free to test your file on our demo servers here: http://www.wpallimport.com/try/.
