Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
In the Site Title widget, the site title URL is fetched from the get_site_url() function. If the URL appears incorrect, please check Settings → General and ensure that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) fields are the same.
Please let us know if you need any further information.

This is the issue.
I need the URLs to be different.
I need the website URL to be the domain name itself:
webrio.com.br
However, the WordPress URL needs to be the installation URL:
webrio.com.br/2026
In the standard WordPress editor, I can do this by editing the homepage link in “Page”.
I wanted to know if there’s a way to do this without having to edit the functions in the system files.
Any ideas?
P.S. Consider including this possibility in Pagelayer in future versions. I believe many people install WordPress in subdirectories, even for organizational reasons.
Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused,
If you want the Site Title to link to a custom URL, please note that this option is not currently available. However, our team is working on adding this feature in a future update.
In the meantime, you can use the Title widget, which provides an option to set a custom URL.
For the site logo, you may use the Image widget, which offers similar linking options.
Do let us know if you need any other information.
