    Hi, if you accessed soothingsoul.co.uk/sitemap_index.xml, you will see your sitemap index contains 7 sitemaps, which each sitemap contains their own.

    And those are:
    – post-sitemap.xml
    – page-sitemap.xml
    – rambopro_team-sitemap.xml
    – wpm-testimonial-sitemap.xml
    – category-sitemap.xml
    – post_tag-sitemap.xml
    – wpm-testimonial-category-sitemap.xml

    In your screenshot, Google Webmaster Tools reported that this url: soothingsoul.co.uk/author-sitemap.xml could not be found / 404.

    Notice that, there’s no author-sitemap.xml inside your sitemap_index.xml.

    Perhaps you should resubmitted your sitemap again.
