• The FAQ Schema Shortcode plugin is straightforward and does exactly what it promises—adds FAQ structured data to your WordPress site with ease. It’s a great alternative to removed plugins like Structured Data if you only need FAQ functionality. The shortcode system is intuitive and works seamlessly for creating SEO-friendly FAQs.

It would be fantastic to have the option to customize the “Q” and “A” labels, especially for non-English websites, to better support multilingual setups. Additionally, the ability to add custom CSS or a border around each question would enhance its visual flexibility.

Overall, a very solid plugin for anyone looking to implement FAQ schema without unnecessary bloat. Highly recommended!

Thanks so much for the feedback!

We can definitely add a field in settings to let you define the labels for Q and A.

As for multilingual, this is on our list. We have a new plugin directory structure standard we’ve developed that makes it easy to handle translations, we just have to migrate to this new format.

In regards to custom CSS, we didn’t include a field in the settings for this to decrease bloat since most users just apply the custom CSS via their theme’s stylesheet. We’ll still add this field but add a note in the settings that adding CSS via the theme’s stylesheet would be more beneficial due to it being able to be cached.
