Under the email variables when this code [order_name] is chosen, the output is ( Order – February 14, 2019 @ 11:58 PM), and when [order_date] is chosen, the output is (2019-02-14 23:58:59) instead to be like this format (February 14, 2019 @ 11:58 PM). any solution?

    thanks

this [order_products_thumbnails] do not show image of the product, it shows only the link and price.

is this [order_products_list] going to populate only recent order or it will populate all orders including the past?

    thanks

    Hi @ddmmdit,

The [order_date] shortcode uses the following format: Y-m-d H:i:s
Unfortunately, at the moment, there is no option in the plugin to modify this format.

The [order_products_thumbnails] shortcode is supposed to show the thumbnails of products in order. Could you please elaborate more on your setup? Screenshots would help us diagnose the situation further.

The [order_products_list] shortcode is supposed to show a list of products in the order.

    thanks

Not sure what to tell you. We tested and it works. If you want to show a screenshot, just upload it somewhere and share the link here.
