    Hi,

I am having a issue getting my product reviews to show up via shortcode while using Oxygen. I have built my single product page template by adding Oxygen’s “Product Builder” element which includes product image, title, price, add to cart, rating, and excerpt. I then added a shortcode element in a div directly below these elements and inserted [cusrev_reviews per_page=”10″] but I am unable to get anything to show up on either the front or back end.

I have turned on the “Enable shortcodes and Gutenberg blocks” option in CR settings and customer reviews are enabled in WooCommerce settings. Everything was showing up fine before I recently switched from Elementor to this new builder. Is this something I should be reaching out to the Oxygen team for?

Thank you in advance for your time.

After playing around with this again I got it to work with the [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode, but this of course shows reviews of all products rather than the specific product the customer is looking at. It’s not terrible and I could leave it, but it would be cool to find out a way to get it to work displaying the one product only.

Considering the CR plugin explicitly states that [cusrev_reviews] will only work on the single product page and Oxygen uses templates for WooCommerce stuff, I am going to just consider this not do-able for now and mark it resolved.

Why use shortcode to display the reviews?

You can use the built-in Oxygen reviews component for your single product template.
