Shortcode not working

First of all, I have to say I think the plugin is great!
However, since the update to 1.9.9, shortcodes no longer work in tooltips and popups!
Before the update, it worked perfectly. Could you please take a look?I simply entered the shortcode into the WYSIWYG editor under “data,” and it worked without any problems. Now, only an empty field appears, and there’s no indication of your error in the browser’s developer tool. Regular text, however, is displayed without any problems.

I have tested the shortcode functionality (see screenshots below). Everything is working as expected; however, there may be a conflict with other plugins or your theme. It’s hard to say without examining the details.

@velulix Write me from the official support form I will send you a link.
But for testing, you can also use the free version too, all items will work except editing.
