    Hi,

I’m trying to use a shortcode ([wpsbc id=”1″ title=”yes” legend=”yes” legend_position=”side” language=”auto”]) but is not working. In the frontend I only see the shortcode text.

Tried to update WordPress and plugins, disable plugins, switched to default theme, nothing helped.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Edit: I noticed there was a problem with the “, but even replacing with the good ones doesn’t fix the issue

    Hey @kove ,

Make sure all the quotes are standard quotes and not special curly ones.

Hi, I’ve used your shortcode, but I’m still having the problem, as you can see in the homepage (bottom)

Hmm, this is strange. What block did you add the shortcode in? Can you try adding it in a WYSIWYG or a “shortcode” block?

hi, it is already in a shortcode block. I just remembered that I tried to install another booking plugin before, I don’t know if it may help. Screenshot of your shortcode attached

It’s not working because you have the WP Booking System plugin installed 🙂

    It’s a different shortcode:

    [wpbs id="1" title="yes/no" legend="yes/no" language="auto" form_id="1"]

Yes, sorry, the two were similar and the name was similar. My bad.
