    Im using NinjaTable, but i think wpDatatTable is better.

    This is NinjaTables shortcode:
    The following Table will search for john and show only the match results
    [ninja_tables id=’YOUR TABLE ID HERE’ filter=’john’]

    Paste the code into a new page is easy.
    How to do that with wpDataTable?

    I am glad that you like wpDataTables.

    Unfortunately we do not have such option throw shortcode, but it can be achieved with hook.

    OK.

    I don’t necessarily mean shortcodes. If I use a filter / original table then can I save the “new” filtered table to a new page?

    Hi areaano,

    Filters and predefined values in filters are not available in Lite version of plugin. Support for premium version is not allowed here so please contact us on our support platform and our support agents will help you out.

    Yes of course, but to not be misunderstanding later please open Pre-purchase question on our support platform and our support agents will explain you what can be done based on your request (explain in detail what you need exactly)
    It is not allowed to explain it here what and how can be done with premium features. Answering Yes or No, can be tricky because sometimes users needs are different then what can be done with our plugin features.
