    Hi team!

    We have your plugin set up and seems to be working well with one small bug, the shipping cost. Attached is a screenshot showing the issue, any idea what causes this?

    Shipping is free on our site.
    As far as I am aware everything is fully up to date, we are running:
    – v1.2.9 WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery
    – v4.9.2 WooCommerce
    – v5.6.1 WordPress

    Can you please let us know which currency are you using on your site?

    Is there any multicurrency plugin installed or another plugin that works with product and shipping prices? If yes, then can you please check by deactivating it?

    Can you please check it once by changing the currency on your site?
