Share Counts Not Working

About a week ago, the share counter stopped working on our website. Articles that have been shared numerous times are either showing a handful of shares or no shares at all. Even when I use the share checking tool at https://www.addthis.com/share-count-checker/, the numbers don’t match. Does anyone have any ideas?
