    Hi!

Your plugin is very good, but there are some issues. Is there any way to solve them?

    1. When the order quantity of one product is 100 or more, only the first 2 digits (10) are visible in the application, the rest are not shown due to the size in the photo.

    2. If you click on the product image, it is marked as selected in the order. This is convenient for assembling orders, but is there a note somewhere later which products are assembled and which are not in the woocommerce store itself? If the importer is collecting an order, it would be good if he could mark how much he put in, and not just choose a product.

    3. Is it possible to deduce other data from the meta fields of the product in addition to the article and price, for example, the location of the cell with the product in the warehouse?

    Thanks

    Hi @webfantastic,

Thanks so much for your valuable feedback! Let me go through each point one by one:

    1. Order quantity display issue
When the order quantity of a product is 100 or more, only the first two digits (e.g., “10”) are visible in the app, and the rest are hidden due to limited space in the photo.
Thanks for catching that! We’ll fix this in the next update.

    2. Product selection and fulfillment notes
When you click on a product image, it gets marked as selected in the order. This is indeed useful for assembling orders.
To clarify — Hippoo automatically adds a note in the order details for each product, showing “fulfilled: done” once it’s marked. Please see the screenshot below for reference.

    3. Retrieving additional product meta data
At the moment, it’s not possible to pull extra data (like warehouse cell location) directly from the product’s meta fields. However, we can show the Metadata for each product. If you include the warehouse location in a product metadata, it will appear in the order list. Does it solve the issue?

    Hi!

Thanks for the quick reply. The second point is not entirely clear, when you click on the image, “fulfilled: done” appears, but what if the order contains a quantity of not 10, but only 5? It turns out that 5 were shipped, but this cannot be noted anywhere. It would be good if, when clicking on the photo, when the collector selects the shipped product, so that you can specify the quantity of the shipped product. I also found one inconvenient feature, this is the quantity drop-down list when adding a new product to an order. It is very inconvenient if your quantity is more than 10-20. You’ll just get tired of squandering. As for displaying an additional field, yes, the attribute will solve the problem, although it is not very convenient. It would be possible to make it possible in the plugin settings to add your own field variables that will be displayed. As with css settings, just the same field to add your own code. Moreover, your application supports wordpress functions.

Can you add a batch order assembly feature? For example, some kind of field where the location of the cell is indicated. The importer selects several orders in the application that he collects and sees the assembly of simultaneously selected orders in the application, rather than each one separately. Thus, the same products in several orders are summed up and the collector takes them off the shelf, and then after collecting all the orders together, these goods are divided into separate orders. At the same time, you can print an assembly label or order numbers for each product. This is called the wave assembly. All these are suggestions to improve the application. Thank you.

    Thank you for your suggestions.

Currently, Hippoo doesn’t support partial fulfillment. Both of your requests are great ideas. we’ve added them to our backlog. However, since there hasn’t been high demand for these features and they would require significant development effort (especially the second one), we can’t promise a specific timeline for implementation.

That said, we do offer the option to prioritize sponsored feature development if you’d like to see these features added sooner.

We really appreciate your thoughtful feedback and suggestions — they help us make Hippoo better for everyone.

Hi! I added an attribute to the products with a storage location, but unfortunately it does not appear anywhere in the application for the product in the order. Apparently you don’t output attributes at all. However, you can output order fields to the order, but you cannot display attributes. Or is it possible? Can you tell me how you proposed to solve the problem in order to find out the storage location of the product? The only solution is to specify it in the article, but this is also not very convenient, if suddenly the section number changes, you need to manually change all products. Usually, we also write the supplier’s code in this field if the product is on order.

    Dear @webfantastic,

We released a new update for the Android app yesterday, and the app now supports displaying product meta information in the order list. Please update to the latest version and take a look.

If you are enjoying the Hippoo app, we would really appreciate it if you could take a moment to write a review for our plugin in the WordPress repository and on Google Play.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
