Right now it does not have that option. I’m still sort of mulling over how to allow multiple featured comments in an elegant way, though.

Oh, and if I may suggest – it would be great to also have an option to display the text in italics, as that is how often testimonials are written.
Hi Jenn, I have a ‘research’ blog and it would be very useful to display different lists of comments that relate to different topics.
So, I’d like to be able to have multiple comments displayed in a single widget. Could you not allow multiple ID’s separated by a comma’s in your ID entry slot as a quick way of getting all the id’s?
This plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/featured-comments-widget/screenshots/ allows full selection of featured comments and multiple widgets of different featured comments BUT as I’ve 900+ comments I’d rather enter by ID rather than have to find the right ones in a list which would be too time consuming.
This plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/feature-comments/screenshots/ has a means to select comments from the Admin comments area BUT then only allows 1 featured comment list.
Version 1.6 was just released tonight – it allows you to add multiple comma-separated Comment IDs. Hope this helps!
