Hi,
Apologies for the late reply.
Have you tried switching to a different or default theme? See if that fixes the issue?
You can also try to re-install the plugin.

Hi, OK, it is caused by the Classiera template. If I switch to 2020, it works OK. Unfortunately this template is the core functionality of the website, so I can’t not use it. What’s puzzling is, it’s a multisite (Classiera only being used on the main site).
Hi,
Can you ask the developer of the theme to investigate on the issue?
It should not be loading any script when you are on the EUM’s dashboard.

Hi, the theme author asked me to give you this screenshot 🙂

Hi,
This indicates that you have a component that has overloaded $ (which should point to jQuery) with something else, thus causing an error ‘downstream’ in anything that was using it. If the error goes away when you de-activate Classiera, then that indicates that it’s the thing doing it.
