Set options programattically

Hello and thank you for a great plugin. I intend to use this for all my future sites. Is there a way to programmatically set common options so that I don’t have to manually set these every time I create a new site? The list of options is quite extensive and having boilerplate code would greatly enhance my time and my patience. 🙂
