Sessions Expired – Admin logged out

    Hi, I installed the free plugin but found there was an issue with login loops and redirects (possibly conflicting with my security plugin or LoginPress not sure) however have since uninstalled Paid Membership Pro. But since then I am being booted out as admin as my session expires and I have to keep logging back in. Are there additional changes made by the plugin that do not uninstall or reset which I need to do manually?

    Hello,

    I’m sorry this is happening. If you have removed the plugin, there is nothing involving logging in that should be causing this issue.
    You may also want to clear your cache for the site and on the browser you are using.

    To 100% uninstall our plugin, including any data tables that were created, you would want to install PMPro, go to the bottom of the advance settings page:
    Memberships > Settings > Advanced — Near the bottom of the page…

    Where it says “uninstall PMPro on deletion?” select YES – Delete all PMPro data.
    Then deactivate and uninstall the plugin.
