Hi, the plugin was working nicely for a while but for the last few days I get this error:

Server error in data/today: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Can you try re-saving the permalinks in settings/permalinks? That should help.

No, still get errors. This time slightly different ones:
Server error in data/devicesTitleAndValue: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Server error in data/devicesSubtitle: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Server error in data/insights: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Server error in data/datatable: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

Server error in data/compare: No route was found matching the URL and request method.

    Hi @kontext,

To better understand what’s causing the issue, could you check the browser console and network tab for any errors?

    How to Check the Console:

    1. Open your website in Google Chrome (or any modern browser).
    2. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
    3. Click on the Console tab.
    4. Look for any red error messages and share a screenshot or copy-paste the error message here.

How to Check the Network Tab:

    1. Follow steps 1 and 2 above.
    2. Click on the Network tab.
    3. Refresh the page (Cmd + R on Mac or Ctrl + R on Windows).
    4. Look for any failed requests (highlighted in red) and share the details.

Providing this information will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively. Let me know what you find!

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

    Hi,

From the console tab I see the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).tipTip is not a function
    at new Form (addons.js?ver=7.4.0:148:38)
    at HTMLFormElement. (addons.js?ver=7.4.0:1462:17)
    at jQuery.each (jquery.js?ver=3.7.1:383:19)
    at obj..each (jquery.js?ver=3.7.1:205:17)
    at HTMLDocument. (addons.js?ver=7.4.0:1461:5)
    at mightThrow (jquery.js?ver=3.7.1:3489:29)
    at process (jquery.js?ver=3.7.1:3557:12)

From the network tab I see some icons in red but no text is highlighted, I assume this means there’s no errors there (the “status” for each of them is either 200 or 304)?

    Hi @kontext,

Could you sent us a screenshot of the network tab?

Also can you share your URL with us?

If you don’t want to share this information on the WP Forums, you can sent us an email support[at]burst-statistics.com.

    Kind regards,
    Hessel

Hi, I uninstalled and re-installed the plugin and it seems to be working now (at least no error messages so far right after installing). For your reference, the URL is https://satosh.ee/

I’ll close the thread for now & let you know if/when the problem occurs again!
