    Hi @vasikkb,

    This issue can be caused by your server settings, please contact your hosting provider for assistance. Check the error.log file of your server and see if you have errors there.
    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme and see if this issue goes away.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
