Sequential number based on condition

    Hi all!

    As Spanish shop we need to differentiate between different series for invoices, so would be possible to use different sequential number based on some condition? For example if the customer filled the NIF/VAT number to use one numeration if not use a different one. That would be great.

    Hi @alexmigf, at least two, one for the ones without NIF/VAT (Tickets / Facturas simplificadas) other for the ones with NIF VAT (Facturas)

    Custom document numbering is something that is beyond of the scope of this support forum, since it’s something a bit complex. That’s why we only offer help for this for premium users (for basic setups), or as a custom job.

    However, if you have some code skills, you could use the wpo_wcpdf_document_sequential_number_store filter hook (source) to create different document numbering based on specif given conditions. If you need extra help, please write us by support@wpovernight.com
