SendGrid “how to” Needed

    I purchased the “starter plan” and purchased a send grid package. When I enter all the info needed I get errors. Is there a video or how to section on SENDGRID?

    I’m not really sure to be honest. It just says under the test email line, smtp failed to connect. I have a screen shot of that window. It would be nice if you made a 3 min video about connecting and the proper info.

    Hi,

    If you are not using ES 4.3.0, please upgrade to it and check once again.

    I am using 4.3.0
    Just installed it 3 days ago.
    Unable to figure out how to get SENDGRID to integrate properly.
    I have filled in all the boxes and still fails.
    Note….
    Also… I paid for the “starter plan” and at the bottom of the edit form page it says…
    “Secure your form and avoid spam signups with Email Subscribers Starter Plan”
    Which I have installed and paid for. I think it’s a glitch on your end.
