“Select image” button is greyed out – solution

This is a workaround if you find the “Select image” is greyed out – just enter the “Button” text field and add a space at the end of the text field and the “Select image” will magically start working again!

The Cross icon over the image to remove the image still doesn’t work though, but selecting another image replaces it.
