Hi @richards1052 ,
Glad you reached out! Happy to help.
Provide a Hyperlink Directly to the Donation Form
All the forms have a single view by default. This means that you can send them a URL of the donation form itself. Go to the Campaign where the form is attached to, then navigate to the Forms section. Thereafter, hover on the form that you want to send to the donor and then find the View button. Click that, then copy the resulting address from that page. You can then send that URL to your donor, and they will be accessing the donation form itself (instead of the Campaign).
Have a look at this short screen recording on how you can accomplish that — https://www.loom.com/share/3336696ca42445e8b2195f73a1c06911?sid=b8d15061-11ff-44f1-8bd5-f2d7077ec38c
Decrease Container Size of Donation Form for All Browsers
It is important to note that the browsers’ inspect element is only for testing your websites, and anything that you do in them doesn’t actually apply to the forms.
What you can do is target the parent container of your forms and then add some CSS styling to decrease their widths. The forms will then follow the width of the parent container and decrease their widths accordingly. Our forms are designed to be responsive, so decreasing the width of the parent container should also make the forms responsive to it.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
I’m always happy to help!
Hi @richards1052 ,
It’s been a while since we’ve heard back, and I know troubleshooting needs a little extra time. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions, you can send them along right here, and I’ll be happy to hop back in.
Have a great day!
