I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Does the custom fields option display for you in posts and pages section?
Could you please share the screenshot of the custom fields stored in Libraries Pages so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,

They show up on regular Pages and Posts in WP, but not in the Posts and Pages section of Ivory Search.

The Social Graph metabox at the bottom are custom metadata fields. Note that they are saved with a leading underscore (_) on their metadata name so that they’re not shown as open-ended custom fields (https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/a/183860/1979).

I can see in your shared screenshots that you have not created any custom fields for the posts or pages therefore the fields are not displaying in the plugin settings.

The custom fields are hidden custom fields as they are using a leading underscore (_) on their metadata name so the plugin does not search hidden custom fields.
I will implement the feature in the future version of the plugin so that hidden custom fields will become searchable.
