Hi,
We are having problems with our data reporting on Facebook. It’s saying we have to upgrade our SDK to iOS 14 version 8.1. When will this be applied?

It’s odd that you’re seeing issues related to SDK version, we’re not able to replicate it on our end though. Can you please send us the following so we can check further?
– A screenshot of the error message. You can use https://snipboard.io to send us a screenshot link.
– Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.Do let us know so we can check and help further.

The Facebook team got back to us after our meeting last week and sent us this webpage for the SDK update. Nothing else.
I the SDK needed at all from within the plugin?
We have the latest plugin version @ 2.6.1

I’m not sure that I understand the response from facebook.
You have the latest version of the plugin installed on your site, and this is not an issue we have encountered before so I think it is safe to assume that it is not an issue with the plugin.
I suggest that you try setting up a new connection to your Facebook assets as described here:
