Hello,
Most likely, you have some JavaScript errors interfering with the plugin’s script.
You can check errors by opening the browser console.
1. Open the problematic page with Google Chrome.
2. Right-click on an empty space then select Inspect/Inspect Element in the context menu.
3. Select the Console tab.
It displays JavaScript errors so post them if you see any of them.
It shows blank . No Error or Warning .
You may have opened the console pane after errors are produced. While opening the console, try reloading the page and see if any errors are shown.
Yes I did in that way still no error and no warning . Also check in multiple browsers
Are you turning off browser’s JavaScript functionality? If you disable it, it just shows the browser’s default scrollbar.
I had used custom scrollbars in my other projects they are working fine .. I Dont know what is the issue in this case .
To determine a cause, try temporarily switching to the default theme and deactivate all the other plugins except Custom Scrollbar. And see if you still get the same problem. If you don’t get the problem at this point, switching back to the theme you were using and see if the problem persists. If it doesn’t, activate plugins one by one and see the problem starts to occur. Then you can determine which one causes a conflict.
