I will implement this feature for you when I get a chance.
Your concerns are completely clear to me.
And I don’t think it will slowly “drift” as it’s just an inverval, and based on schedule create time (not on warmup finish). Can see in Tools -> Scheduled Actions. It’s hardcoded to run every 11 hours (with minor variations based on Action Scheduler priorities and enqueue).
From your screenshot, I can see that almost all warms run every 11 hours.
But your concerns are clear to me, and I understand that you don’t want to do the micro-management of it, and just create and forget.
I will implement when I get a chance, and ping you in this thread.

I also want to schedule cache warmer at specific time, not at specific interval.
In my case, every Monday at midnight. Is it possible to do that with your plug-in?
