Hi @econexact, sorry to see you were having problems with the scan on your site!
Although our scan is designed to work on most hosting platforms and configurations with the minimum of user action, there can be circumstances where a little more troubleshooting is required. I appreciate that carefully following our documentation may not have held the solution this time, but there can be outside factors affecting connectivity of the scan like when using a CDN such as Cloudflare – which allowances can be made for.
