1. We haven’t received your email. (Maybe it got spammed)
2. The reply failed to deliver due to the mail server issue.
Also, note that Fridays and Saturdays are considered weekends in our country which is also a reason for the delay.

Thank you for replying to my review. I appreciate knowing that you’re seeing our messages and I will update my review as we progress.
I received the automated replies. Those aren’t indicators that a human exists on the other side and has seen my message. It says, “Someone will get in contact with you as soon as possible.” I sent my first email on Wednesday. It would have been nice to receive an actual message from someone before the weekend. The longer your team takes to reply, the more issues I discover.
Again, I appreciate your reply. I hope to hear from someone on the team during the week.
