Saving Basic Options Issues

    Hi there,

    I have a paid version of status order tracking on my wordpress site, I have it set up but for one thing.

    On the Basic Options ‘Order Information Displayed’ there are check boxes with order number, customer name, status, location etc, now when I go to check any of them and then click on ‘save changes’ it wont save what I checked marked.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but I cant seem to make it save the changes, everything else on that options page saves.

    Any help on this would be awesome 🙂

    Same here, have reinstalled the plugin and tried in different browsers.

    Update:

    The only way I can get it to work is to do a fresh install and do all the alterations you need, check all the boxes you need and then uninstall it then reinstall it and all the settings where kept as normal. Note if you change anything then save it without doing the uninstall and reinstall all settings wont save :(.

    There needs to be a patch fix for this bug :(.

    This issue should be fixed by the developer. I checked and found that the settings in the Basic Options tab are not available and show the status track.

    Now I feel so bad, I have a lot of customers. Developers should fix this problem asap. And most urgent.

    Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We were able to recreate it on our end and apply a fix. Please update to the new version of the plugin.

    Thank you for the qiuck update and fix to what was a very little issue. 🙂

    I can say it has been fixed 🙂
