Hi,
thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.
This could be a JS script error. To rule out that files are missing or corrupted, can you please re-install TablePress from a fresh download?
If that does not help, can you please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Sixteen? That way, we can find what’s causing this.
Regards,
Tobias
Thanks for reply
I tried Reinstalling Tablepress plugin but it did not fix my problem,
my question is when i deactivate all my plugins and theme there is a chance to lost any data
Hi,
this depends on whether the plugins or themes delete their data upon deactivation. To be safe, you should always create a full backup of files and your database.
Another idea would be to check if there are any JavaScript errors reported in the JS error log console in your browser. This might lead us to a JS file that causes this.

Tobias

common.min.js?ver=1.7:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘add_postbox_toggles’ of undefined
Hi,
thanks for this information! Those “Uncaught TypeErrors” are the problem here. As the scripts are concatenated, we don’t yet know where they come from. If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please get in touch via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

Tobias
So ihave to give you wp detail?
Hi,
I have received your email and will reply directly to that.
