    Hi receiving the same error across all sites we use this plugin on

    Please send us your server info at BackWPUp-> Settings -> Infomation tab -> press Get Debug Info
    also, did you try another backup extension like Tar instead of zip?

    in your “Loaded PHP Extensions”, PHP zip extension is missing, please contact the hoster and tell them to install the PHP-zip module, then after that, the backup zip should work correctly.
