Same content on each height

    Hello,

    Is there anyoane that know how to display same content on each height? This site that is attached in my question has same content on each height. If you decrease height you can see “Categoriile tale de top” or if you encreas that section you can see “Categoriile tale de top” has same padding and margin or I don’t know what is that thing. Please give me an idea.
