Hi akyboy,
Unfortunately it’s not possible for sales reps to see their orders automatically when logged in at this time, only for customers. That is a good suggestion though, so we’ve added it to our feature suggestion list.
For your second issue, in the “Emails” tab, you would need to change “Status Tracking URL” to the URL of the page with the “tracking-form” shortcode, rather than the URL of the sales rep shortcode code. The links should work correctly once you’ve made the change.

Btw, can customer update status on orders? – Looks like i cannot for some reason :/
Hi akyboy,
Unfortunately there’s no option to automatically show the orders of a sales rep. The sales rep could login to their account via /wp-login and they can see all the orders assigned to them, there’s no option for them to see the orders without entering their ID.
Also, the customers cannot update the status of the orders.

Thats unfortunate.
Those couple of features would make plugin ultimate tracking solution 🙂
I am in trucking business, using different types of customer tracking portals on a daily basis, – and those features should be main ones to accomplish what we need in this industry.
I am thinking that those in other industries should benefit from them too.
I wish only – if i could demonstrate to you exactly what i/we need i am almost sure that you would start working on them immediately 😛

And yes, i dont mind demonstrating this to you if you would like, we could setup some conference call/remote connection perhaps.
For your question about the URL, you need to put the [tracking-form] shortcode on a page by itself, then put the URL of that page in the “Status Tracking URL” option.
