I’m sorry but Smart Slider doesn’t support iOS 9 Safari:

We only support browsers that had a major release in the past 2 years. So Smart Slider only supports is iOS 13 and newer versions.
I can see on your screenshot that you’re using the Pro version of Smart Slider. Please note that as per the forum policy, commercial products are not supported in these forums. This means we can’t provide support for our Pro customers here.

Thank you for the reply, we do use the PRO version of the plugin. I did fear that you guys might not support older versions of iOS. Do you think it’s worth it to get in touch with the PRO support team regarding this issue?

If a device, or operating system, or browser not supported, then there’s no difference between the Free and the Pro version. So in this case, you don’t need to open a ticket.
But if you will have any other questions or problems that is not connected to an outdated iOS version, then please rather open a support ticket here:
