Thanks for your answer, but the issue is not resolved.
I had to change the CSS in the child theme to force the alignment to the right.
If you analyze the source code of the website you will see that the class “ez-toc-container-direction” (which comes from the plugin) has the parameter “direction: ltr”

You doing well on hard code but we have added a feature for LTR or RTL options for Heading text direction in 2.0.32 version of our plugin Easy TOC, so you no need to add CSS for forcing to rtl direction, please check below link once:

So please once remove your CSS code and check this on Settings > Table of Contents > Appearance > Heading Text Direction in wp admin.

But in my case, the website has two languages, english and arabic. If I change that setting, it will change the english version too?
hi. after update to last version 2.0.34. text direction in RTL website set to left. i change the settings from appearance to rtl but nut work and still text and the numbers is in left position.
