Revive Old Posts: Error, database insert failed

On both X Twitter and Linked in, my Revive Old Posts description contain “Error, database insert failed” at the end of the post.
I thought might be due to Revive Old Posts url shortening function. So I’ve turned url shortening off.Still getting the error on X and LI. See examples:
