Hi @justinscheetz ,
I like the minimalist UI of your plugin, so I installed it. However, whenever I try to create a resume, nothing happens. I mean, I put a name and a title, then click Save, but no resume is actually created.
@simwyck Hey there, can you try to disable your other plugins and set the theme to a default one, and then try it again. That will rule out any conflicts with other products.
And if it still doesn’t work, I’m happy to take a look if you can create some temporary credentials for me and shoot me an email: justinscheetz[at]gmail.com
I have almost the same issue. I already have a resume created long time ago but now when I’m trying to update info in it and click Save Resume nothing is happening.
Deactivated all plugins and set to Twenty Twenty-Four theme and nothing.
Hi @justinscheetz,
I am using your plugin, but it doesn’t work with PHP Version 8.1.28. I tested it with PHP Version 7.4.33, and it works fine if there are no conflicts with other plugins. The issue seems to be related to compatibility with PHP Version 8.1.28.
For testing purposes, I used the plugin on our client’s site, where it didn’t work. I then downloaded and exported a full site backup and imported it on a local server, where it worked without any issues. I also added the plugin on our server, and it worked fine there as well. The only difference is that it doesn’t work on our client’s server, where the PHP version is different. I have checked the PHP versions on both servers, and the client’s server uses PHP 8.1.28.
Is there any option to make it compatible with PHP 8.1.28?

@justinscheetz can you help us with the fixes?
Appreciate!
[Deprecation] Listener added for a 'DOMNodeInserted' mutation event. Support for this event type has been removed, and this event will no longer be fired. See for more information.
This is the issue with the plugin. Can you fix this?! Have this error content cannot be updated anymore.
Thank you!
@teleanu Is this working again in the latest version or is it still broken? I ran a test and it seems to be working for me, but let me know!
@justinscheetz for me is not working. I just update info in backend and nothing happens. Chrome is prompting me with the same error. I even deactivated all plugins and left only Resume Builder and still nothing.
@justinscheetz maybe you can make alittle bit of time and fix this “Deprecated feature used” by your plugin.
I tested it with an original theme from WP and no other plugins installed and nothing works. Cannot update info anymore, cannot duplicate the resume I already have, cannot create a new one, nothing.
I don’t know where you tested but I have everything up and running with all the latest updates (php, etc) and this setup doesn’t accept the plugin anymore.
I can give you access to my wordpress setup and check for yourself.
C’mon… u have an wonderful resume plugin with beautiful layout. Make it work!
Thank you!
@teleanu I installed the plugin both on a fresh copy of WordPress and a fully built site with lots of plugins. In both cases, the plugin seemed to be working (adding, editing, duplicating, etc.)
Are you using the latest version of WordPress?
Maybe you can shoot me a login so I can see what you’re running into? Feel free to email me directly here: justinscheetz[at]gmail.com
