I’d like to use the results page template (entry-content-wpt-test-get-results.php) to add custom fields like the name or business of the respondent.
Is there a specific variable associated to the custom field add-on?

Yes. But better to use computed variables addon where you can just replace %var% in your content to var’s content.

Currently this PHP variables accessible:

Test PHP variable has method buildFormulaVariables:

Then you should got your test vars.
