Do you see an error message or something?

On another note, could you tell us which version of our plugin have you been using?

Facing the same issue.
Manual Restore popup comes with no content.
Then Notice shows up with SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

Could you, please, open another support thread and tell us which version of our plugin you’re using?
Also, please, send a screenshot from the Developer Tools > Console when trying to restore and getting the mentioned error message.
The issue may seem like the same but the reason for it as well as the solution may vary from an account to account.
