Hi,
The image looks fine for me when I check on mobile resolution. Please have a look at this screenshot.

If you are resizing the browser or using Divi responsive screen settings to change the size of the screen then it can take a few seconds to adjust to the new screen resolution. If it gets stuck with only half a image showing then try refreshing the page.
Ok I see what you mean, thank you for your reply. From my end, on mobile after clearing the cache, it takes time to display it in the right size and after resizing it comes back smaller (when carousel image is changes) and then it stays at the right size. Is there anything we can do to make it stable and operational quicker?
Just to clarify this is the issue I am referring to. Please check the screenshot.

Notice the 4th image is partially cropped from the right. This happens when you resize the browser and just for a couple of seconds. Are talking about this?
I also did notice that you have lazy loading activated on your website. If the images takes time to load for you in the slider or if its height is different then it is due to lazy loading. Try deactivating your caching or lazy loading plugin and then check it.
