Responsive issue

On mobile resolution, if we are using two columns table. The column stack on left and right.

While if we are using three column table. It works well and displays like this: http://www.screencast.com/t/6XEzPNYNiu
So, all I want is even when we use two column table only, display the column one after another and not on left and right. How can we achieve this? The screenshots are taken from iPhone 7 safari.

One more issue in regards to the text display: When there is a long text, the icon and text are being displayed in two different rows. This is taking a lot of space. Is there a way to fix it?
