is there any way to stop the popup that shows up when you click “reserve”? i tried making the content blank, and when i save it, it works but then automatically re adds the content and reverts it back so the next time i click reserve its there again.

In the current version, there’s no way to hide it. In the next version, this should be an option.

The popup is used to “force” users to at least accept your meeting room rules and policy and so it is a required step.

I just put a new version (1.6) of the plugin with a small change. In the general settings you can now opt to hide the Meeting Room Contract.
